For 10 years after you purchase your new mattress or foundation from Tempur-Pedic or an authorized Tempur-Pedic Retailer, if it has a defect covered under the warranty, we will replace or repair it. This includes all parts of the mattress and foundation, there’s no deductible.

  2. Keep purchase documents in a safe place to support the warranty you received with your new product.
  3. Should you experience a warranty defect, please file a claim or call us at 1-800-821-6621 to start the claim process.
